I think every family has some place the go for little family gatherings. This is mine. We always go to 3rd dam up Logan Canyon. We had a great time having dutch oven, walking along the river trail, and taking a little hike up to the spring and searching for fossils. The boys loved it. Especially the fossil hunt, since their true passion is collecting rocks.
Another night we lit a fire in my parents yard and roasted marshmallows. We had some much fun with all of the cousins together. One thing I really miss about home are the gorgeous sunsets. My brother recently posted some great pics. If you want to take a look click here.
Of course Austin and Jacob got in some good fishing time together.

How fun, having nothing to do for 3 1/2 weeks. The picture of your family at the beginning of the post is super cute. It should be your Christmas card for the year. Are you ready for school to start again? We will have to get together for some sewing days to chase away the lack of husband blues.
Oh my goodness I'm so jealous of your fun trip home! And those pictures of you guys are so so cute. We missed seeing you around at church the past few weeks...and now Clay isn't in Nursery anymore! Anyway, so glad you made it back safe and sound and had such a great vacation. You deserve it!!
